刘海章，号五味斋主。中国钢笔画联盟常务理事，李渝基新钢笔画艺术工作室画家，中国新钢笔画创作网络教学高级研究班教务长，导师。牡丹江大学客座教授。牡丹江市美协、书协会员，牡丹江工艺美术协会理事，2013年其人及作品被收录进牡丹江市志，2014年新钢笔画作品《森林》入选中国首届新钢笔画学术展，2018年书法作品被辽宁省朝阳市赵尚志烈士纪念馆收藏。

Liu Haizhang (also known as Five Flavors Master), executive director of China Pen Painting Association, painter of Li Yuji’s New Pen Painting Art Studio, and the chief of teaching and mentor of the Advanced Research Class of China New Pen Painting Creation Online Teaching. He is also a visiting professor at Mudanjiang University, a member of the Mudanjiang Art Association and the Mudanjiang Calligraphy Association, and a director of the Mudanjiang Arts and Crafts Association. In 2013, his works were included in the Mudanjiang City Journal, and in 2014, his new pen painting work, Forest, was selected for the first academic exhibition of China’s New Pen Painting. In 2018, his calligraphy works were collected by the Zhao Shangzhi Martyrs’ Memorial Hall in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province.
