罗顺祥，画家，毕业于中国书画函授大学，国家一级美术师。现为中国美术家协会会员，四川省美术家协会会员，成都市美术家协会会员，中国国宾礼艺术家，孔子美术馆签约艺术家，中国乡协孔孟文化研究院副院长，都江堰市书画院创作员，开福文化展览馆签约艺术家，四川省众扶慈善基金会高级顾问，中国领导干部网书画研究院会员 ，四川庆富书画院副院长，彭州市文艺志愿者协会会员。

Luo Shunxiang, a painter who graduated from China Calligraphy and Painting International University, is a national-level class-one artist.
