彭咏梅，祖籍湖南湘乡，中国乡协孔孟文化研究院副院长，个人曾在庆祝建业99周年，获得“书画先锋人物”称号。其书法作品《中华盛世》获得2022年国家“贺新春迎接两会”最具收藏价值奖。2022年7月获得“中国艺坛名家工作室”荣誉牌匾。2022 年出版书法作品集《书道》。2022年进入国家文旅部人才库，同年成为国家收藏家协会会员。1993年毕业于湖南省第一师范，先后就职于湖南湘潭湘钢四校和湘钢三校，从教二十余载。15岁起，习柳体楷书，后向湘潭花鸟画家王汉武学习国画，31岁入行草书之门，行草书体飘逸俊朗，行笔驰驱稳健，偶涉足草书。

Peng Yongmei, originally from Xiangxiang, Hunan, is the vice president of the Confucius and Mencius Cultural Research Institute. She was awarded the title of “Pioneer of Calligraphy and Painting” in the 99th-anniversary celebration of the founding of the industry.[A1] Her calligraphy work, China in Full Bloom, was awarded the most valuable collection in the “Chinese New Year Celebration and Welcoming Two Sessions” in 2022. Later, in July 2022, she was awarded the honorary plaque of “Chinese Artistic Celebrity Studio”. Moreover, she also published a collection of her calligraphy works, The Way of Calligraphy, in 2022. Peng was included in the National Culture and Tourism Ministry’s talent pool in 2022 and became a member of the China Association of Collectors in the same year. She graduated from Hunan First Normal University in 1993 and worked at Xiangtan Xiangsteel No. 4 School and Xiangsteel No. 3 School in Hunan Province, and has been teaching for over 20 years since then. Peng has been practicing the Regular Script of the Liu Style since she was 15 years old, and later learned Chinese painting from Wang Hanwu, a floral and bird painter from Xiangtan, and entered the door of the Cursive Script at the age of 31, with a graceful and handsome cursive style and a steady line. She occasionally ventured into the cursive script.
