王水胜，别名王志，字艺霏，法号宏胜，文宝斋主人。中国美术家协会理事，中国书法艺术家协会理事，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会委员，中视频道书画院理事，中国楹联学会会员，央视CCTV重整网北京分公司董事长、总经理。曾受教于近代大师董寿平，张英辉，杨鑑民等，悉得真传。以绘画与实践相结合，创作出了很多风格不同的作品。他以身作则，弘扬佛法，以佛惠天下，以佛法来帮助他人，使更多的众生真正能够破迷开悟见性成佛。王老师多幅作品在书画界引起广泛关注，得到专家们的认可。不光如此王老师还从事工艺美术设计、装饰工程设计、广告、园林建筑设计四十余年。为地方政府承接不知其数的装饰工程、会议布展、奖品、彩车花灯、军事地形图、建筑模型、佛教彩绘、壁画、展览展示雕塑、建筑、广告宣传等。为社会文化宣传教育和建设起到了积极的作用，受到了各级领导的高度赞誉。

Wang Shuisheng, alias Wang Zhi, also known as Yifei, Hongsheng, and master of Wen Bao Bower. He is the director of the China Artists Association and China Calligraphers Association, a member of the professional committee of the Chinese National Architecture Research Association, the director of Zhongshi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, a member of China Couplet Society, and the chairman and general manager of CCTV Reform Website Beijing Branch. He has been taught by modern masters such as Dong Shouping, Zhang Yinghui, and Yang Jianmin, and has gained all the true teachings. With the combination of painting and practice, he has created numerous works in different styles. He leads by example and promotes Buddhism, using it to benefit the world and to help others, so that more people can truly be enlightened and see the Buddha. Many of his works have attracted widespread attention in the painting and calligraphy industry and have been recognized by experts. In addition, Wang has been engaged in arts and crafts design, decoration engineering design, advertising, and landscape architecture design for over forty years. He has undertaken an uncountable number of decoration projects, conference exhibitions, prizes, decorative car lanterns, military topographic maps, architectural models, Buddhist paintings, murals, exhibition display sculptures, architecture, advertising, and propaganda for local governments. He receives high praise from leaders at all levels because of his full devotion to cultural publicity and education.
